We think about future events<\/span> or get frustrated about our own reactions of the past. This does not get us anywhere and at some times it even takes a lot away from us. A lot of moments we could not fully enjoy or appreciate. Since I started to meditate a few months ago, I become so much more aware of the here and now, the moment that counts right now. If I focus more on the very moment, I can see a lot more the beauty of every little moment and value it including all its imperfections.<\/p>\n

Every day we should hear at least one little song, read one good poem, see one exquisite picture, and, if possible, speak a few sensible words.
