I see more and more people who are interested in meditation, me being one of them. I never really thought about it before, but since a few month I somehow feel the urge to try it out. A great way to start getting more familiar with the topic of meditation is the app “Calm”. You can start a short meditation session and follow a 7 day intro course with this app. My second recommendation is a book I’m reading at the moment. It’s called “How to Meditate” and I love how simple, easy to understand and down to earth everything is described in this book.<\/p>\n
